WebMy CPU is a 4790k and I'm playing at 1440p 144hz. I used to get 70fps+ in AAA games like GTA V but now am getting around 50-60 in ultra. Also getting low fps in games like Dishonored 2 and Monster Hunter World. GPU usage is 90% plus but my CPU usage stays around 50-60%. Is this normal? Is the 4790k being a bottleneck?
